Overview of Various Roles @ KO

KO has projects related to Product Development and Human Resources. For Product Development, KO wants to leverage its customer base and community to develop a KO merchandising, clothing and lifestyle line including water bottles, yoga mats, boxing gloves, t-shirts, sweatshirts, among other products. This will involve creating the new KO Clothing & Lifestyle line from the ground up, working directly with management to develop and execute the vision. Responsibilities include finding vendors, defining the right team. Its a unique opportunity to launch a new business line from the ground up! On HR, KO needs support in designing the right structure to support growth across markets. Developing KO's People Strategy will involve diagnosing the current org structure, benchmarking the org of similar business models, and developing an organizational growth strategy including key hires, recruiting and retention plans, and the adequate skills and qualifications. KO is looking for someone with experience in consultancy services and or HR.
