Overview of Biz Ops Externship @ Springboard

Our CEO is a former Bain Boston SAC, so we really value that consulting skill set. You will wear many hats, be exposed to all aspects of the business, and play an important part in building a company from ground up. Some examples of projects you might work on: Build and manage partnerships with companies that have similar audiences but non-competing products. You'll get to work on all aspects of the deals - from sourcing to negotiation to the working with our product and engineering teams to actually execute these partnerships. Explore long-term business development opportunities, e.g. can we partner with employers for corporate training Product strategy and execution Conduct primary and secondary research to help us prioritize new verticals and courses that we should launch. Work with various teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to coordinate new course launches Operations & Finance. Design and implement a system to automate mentor payments. Assist CEO with fundraising materials, investor updates, financial analysis. Weekly compensation is competitive with market rates. More details on the role and compensation after you apply.
