Over the next 12 months, Agilis is planning to raise new capital and to expand the scope of its business. To achieve its objectives, Agilis seeks to intensify its fundraising capability, align and focus current stakeholders and research business growth opportunities. Agilis is seeking to bring on a corporate development associate to support the corporate development, investor relations and capital raising functions of the business. The intern will gain experience preparing investment materials, raising capital, managing investor relations, analyzing and presenting social and environmental impact, researching industries and interacting with leading emerging market investors. Responsibilities include: • Analyze industry trends, business performance and new business opportunities to support corporate development function • Draft reports, pitch decks, financial summaries and other investment documents • Consolidate impact and financial data into reports according to investor requirements • Develop investor outreach strategies and marketing initiatives to raise Agilis’s profile in targeted investor networks • Build visual materials to translate analytical information and business concepts • Research industries in developed and developing markets to support business development strategy • Analyze financials and operating reports to support Agilis M&A • Identify potential investors and develop strategies to engage potential investors • Support new investor due diligence
