Since its founding in 2014, OFI has earned 400 clients across varied industries, and OFI’s sales have grown more than 100% each month. Overview of Growth Strategy @ Ofi

OFI needs strategic support for a market study for Mexico, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina to better understand the competitive landscape. The outcome will be for management to better understand how OFI can acquire competitors, and execute a roll-up / consolidation strategy at a regional level. The Fellow will also improve the growth model for the company, leveraging insights from the research.

Peter Ostroske is the Founder & CEO of Colombia´s first B2B e-Commerce company, OFI.
