Overview of Expansion Strategy @ Infocrop

Infocorp has a solid presence in Central America and the small and mid-sized countries in South America and has been growing significantly over the past five years. They are ready to enter Brazil, Argentina and Mexico and need strategic support for their international expansion, including: competitive landscape, what channels banks use in the new markets, as well as target customers for business development efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Fellow will work with management to validate partner sales strategy, determine business development strategy to target new clients and partners, and determine market entry strategy based on findings.
